Coffee nice I saw abd agree and experienced the same occasional customer service issues that others have noticed Depending who you get, it can be a bit edgy or chippy - superficially pleasant but occasionally a bit officious. Difficult to pinpoint it, but sometimes you feel a bit like you're in a robotic process, lacking sincerity or warmth But minor points, as the offer is predominantly very good

5 Best coffee i’ve ever had. I love vanilla syrup in my coffee but time and time again coffee shops are never able to put in enough in so I can taste it. But Urban Coffee Co put the perfect amount in and their coffee beans are so yummy. If I didn’t live in melbourne it would definitely be my daily coffee stop!

5 What a great little place, staff are so nice and friendly. The food and drinks were fantastic and what we had hoped for re quality and price. Mostly for drove through but they do have a walk up window which we used as wanted to get out of the car to stretch legs on a long drive. Flat white was perfect.
